Due to the severe impact that Tropical Storm Debby has had on the field at Stallings Stadium at Elm Street Park, the Little League® International Tournament Committee has made the decision to play Games 11-16 of the 2024 Little League Softball® World Series, Presented by DICK’S Sporting Goods, at the East Carolina University Softball Stadium (9999 Charles Blvd. – Greenville, NC) on Friday, August 9.
“First and foremost, the safety and well-being of all our participants is our biggest priority,” said Ashlea Miller, Little League Director of Softball Development and Little League Softball World Series Tournament Director. “Based on the options that are available, the facility at ECU will provide us with the best possible opportunity to play our scheduled games while giving our grounds crew the opportunity to get the field ready at Stallings Stadium at Elm Street Park. We are thankful to our friends at ECU for making this a possibility and look forward to resuming this tournament.”
Below is the tentative schedule of games (all times ET, subject to change) to be played at ECU’s Softball Stadium on Friday, August 9:
- Game 11 (Orange Bracket): Latin America vs. Canada – 9 a.m.
- Game 12 (Purple Bracket): Asia-Pacific vs. West – 11 a.m.
- Game 13 (Orange Bracket): Southeast vs. W11 – 1 p.m.
- Game 14 (Purple Bracket): Mid-Atlantic vs. W12 – 3 p.m.
- Game 15 (Purple Bracket): New England vs. North Carolina – 5 p.m.
- Game 16 (Orange Bracket): Southwest vs. Central – 7 p.m.
Little League International will continue to monitor the situation and share updates to the remainder of the LLSWS schedule once it becomes available.

Fans are permitted to attend all the games at no cost and are encouraged to park in the Aman Family lot, located off Charles Boulevard. Limited concessions will be available on site at the ECU Softball Field. The Official Souvenir Shop will also be available at Elm Street Park from 10a.m. to 4 p.m. if fans are interested in stopping by to purchase any merchandise.
Should there be any further edits to the schedule due to the weather, those will be communicated directly to the teams as well as announced on Little League’s official social media channels and the Little League Softball World Series website on LittleLeague.org.
