2024 Little League Baseball® World Series, Presented by T-Mobile – August 14 – 25

Stadiums

A team’s initial arrival at the Little League® International Complex is always a magical moment. The stadiums at which all World Series games are played are decked out with brilliant green Kentucky bluegrass, bright orange clay, and colorful bunting. To anyone who has seen the Little League Baseball® World Series in person, it is not surprising that Howard J. Lamade Stadium (the largest and oldest of the two) was named by Sports Illustrated as one of the top 20 places in the world to see a sporting event.

Lamade Stadium

Lamade Stadium, with a capacity of 45,000 (including the terraced hills beyond the outfield fence), is nestled into the side of Bald Eagle Mountain, which is part of the Nittany Mountains, a portion of the Appalachian Mountains that extend from Georgia to Maine. From the hill above the stadium, where the players get their first glimpse of the field, it is an awesome sight.

Little League Volunteer Stadium

Little League Volunteer Stadium was completed in 2001 and allows Little League to accommodate the 16-team field. Both stadiums are on the Little League International Complex. The secure team housing and dining facilities (Dr. Creighton J. Hale International Grove) are also located at the Little League International Complex.
