Fans at the 2024 Little League Baseball® World Series, Presented by T-Mobile, are invited to come out and celebrate Dugout’s Birthday on Tuesday, August 20.
The official mascot of Little League® Baseball and Softball, and a fan favorite among visitors of all ages, officially made his debut during the 1985 LLBWS and today continues to bring smiles, joy, and fun to fans of all ages at the world’s largest youth baseball tournament each summer.
As part of the birthday celebration, the first 5,000 visitors will receive a redemption voucher to be able to stop by the Little League booth at the Little League World Series Fan Zone and receive a FREE commemorative pin. Gates open to the complex at 10 a.m. and vouchers can be redeemed starting at Noon (limit one per person, while supplies last).
Throughout the day, fans will also have the chance to take photos with Dugout and are encouraged to swing by for the 7 p.m. game to join in singing “Happy Birthday” during the fourth-inning stretch.
Following the conclusion of the 2023 LLBWS, Dugout was also named the winner of the 2023 Mascot Hall of Fame Award for corporate mascot with the greatest community impact, earning the award for the second year in a row.
