The West Region Headquarters of Little League® Baseball and Softball has announced the schedules for the 2018 Little League® West Region Tournaments. All games will be played at the Little League Western Region Headquarters Complex in San Bernardino, Calif.
The Little League Baseball® West Region Tournament will kick off on Sunday, August 5 at noon EST with a match-up between Arizona and Hawaii, and conclude on Saturday, August 11, with the championship game at 9 p.m. EST The winner of the tournament will earn the title of West Region Champion and compete in the Little League Baseball World Series in Williamsport, Pa., on August 16-26.
The Little League Baseball® Northwest Region Tournament will kick off on Sunday, August 5 at 2:30 p.m. EST with a match-up between Alaska and Oregon, and conclude on Saturday, August 11, with the championship game at 3 p.m. EST. The winner of the tournament will earn the title of Northwest Region Champion and compete in the Little League Baseball World Series in Williamsport, Pa., on August 16-26.
The Little League Softball® West Region Tournament will begin on Saturday, July 21 with an opening round game between Utah and Hawaii at noon EST , and conclude with the championship on Thursday, July 26, at 9 p.m. EST The winner of the tournament will earn the title of Southwest Region Champion and compete in the Little League Softball World Series in Portland, Ore., on August 8-15.
All regional games will be broadcast by the ESPN family of networks. Fans will be able to track tournament results on the new West Region website at LittleLeague.org/West.
