Little League® International is pleased to announce that Mike Marrazzo has been elevated from Facilities and Skilled Maintenance Technician to Lead Facilities Technician, effective as of February 17, 2024.
“Mike’s leadership and project management efforts over the past six years has been an important part of our team’s growth and the development of our facility enhancements for the organization,” said John Swisher, Little League Director of Facilities. “We are proud to offer Mike this new opportunity and look forward to him stepping into this new role within our team.”
Originally hired in 2017 for a newly created General Maintenance position, Mr. Marrazzo has been instrumental in bringing a variety of projects to life around the Little League International Complex, including construction efforts surrounding the expansion of the Little League Baseball® World Series, development projects both in the Little League International Headquarters building and across other on-site facilities, as well as the most recent facility enhancements around the complex. In this new role, Mr. Marrazzo will take on increased responsibility and serve as the point of contact for additional projects throughout the year.

Prior to joining the Little League team, Mr. Marrazzo worked as a carpenter in both residential and commercial fields of the construction industry for 35 years. For 23 years, Mr. Marrazzo also owned and operated his own general contracting business where was responsible for meeting with potential clients, developing project estimates, and supervising ongoing projects. Mr. Marrazzo is also a native to the Williamsport area, graduating from Montoursville High School in 1979.
