With the launch of its renewed Organizational Identity and the establishment of a new Philanthropy and Social Impact Department, Little League® International is pleased to announce the elevation of Liz DiLullo Brown to Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing and Business Relationship Officer, effective as of January 1, 2024.

Keener, Little League President and CEO. “Under her guidance, Little League has continued to see growth and development in multiple areas, including the acquisition of new sponsors, enhancements with our current partners, and the continued growth of our relationship with Major League Baseball and ESPN, and we look forward to her continued use of these relationships to support our local leagues, communities, and volunteers.”
Mrs. Brown previously served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer since November 2018, where she has led the development of the marketing, retail, and communications departments, and, in 2020, the relaunch of the Little League brand. In her new role, Mrs. Brown will continue to oversee these core functions of the organization, while also leading a new team focused on Philanthropy and Social Impact. She will also continue to serve as a member of the senior leadership team.
PHILANTHROPY AND SOCIAL IMPACT
“Every year, Little League strives to make a tremendous impact servicing communities, volunteers, and children around the world. The organization continues to demonstrate its leadership in youth sports and I’m extremely proud of the work we continue to do to support this mission,” said Mrs. Brown. “To have an opportunity to lead critical efforts that will look to provide more resources and support for our thousands of leagues, and millions of children around the world, is a challenge I am very much looking forward to.”
During her 15 years with Little League, Mrs. DiLullo Brown has been instrumental in:
- Growing the multi-faceted relationship with Major League Baseball;
- The continued support of Little League’s business relationships, including its media partnerships with ESPN;
- Programming with official sponsors and licensees
- The development of the current five-year strategic plan including impact programs that offer local league resources, registration and grant programs;
- The creation of the renewed Little League brand and organizational identity;
- The implementation of various marketing and communication strategies including content, social, digital media, and fan engagement.
She became the first female employee at Little League International to hold the Senior Vice President title and has been instrumental in helping shape the organization’s efforts supporting diversity and inclusion, including its award-winning Girls with Game initiative and its #GWG50 Celebration in 2024.
In 2015, she was named a Sports Business Journal Game Changer Honoree, recognizing the accomplishments of women in the sports business, and in 2023, she was awarded the Women in Sports and Events – NYC, Women of Inspiration Honoree. Prior to coming to Little League, she worked in a variety of positions for sports, entertainment and event marketing agencies, including Velocity Sports and Entertainment (now MKTG), RedPeg Marketing, and Synergy Events.
In addition to her work for Little League International, Mrs. Brown is currently enrolled at Tufts University in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice where she is pursuing a master’s certificate; is a member of the Board of Directors of the Girls Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania; is an active youth sports enthusiast; and local Little League volunteer at Lewisburg (Pa.) Little League.
