Little League® International has announced Breanna Balliet as its new Technical Support Specialist within the Information Technology department, effective as of July 25, 2022.
“As an organization, Little League is committed to providing the best possible service and experience to its coaches, parents, volunteers, and most importantly, it’s players,” said Andy Frederick, Little League Senior Director of Information Technology. “We are thrilled to welcome Breanna to our team and are excited to see her background and experience in customer service come to life as we help provide the support our volunteers need to write the next chapter in the Little League story.”
Ms. Balliet has spent most of her career in front-facing positions within the customer service and education industries, joining the Little League team after most recently serving as a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul.
“I am so excited to contribute to an organization that does so much for the communities it works with,” said Ms. Balliet. “My family has participated in Little League Baseball and Softball for many years, and I am amazed that I get to be involved in a whole new way.”
In this role, Ms. Balliet will assist the IT team in troubleshooting and solving technology issues throughout the organization while resolving help desk support tickets. Additionally, Ms. Balliet will be providing hardware and software support to the organization’s retail operations as well as maintaining the devices and software used in the shipping and receiving department.
Ms. Balliet received a bachelor’s degree in Database and Network Administration from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania in 2020 where she also acted as a Tutor and Teacher’s Assistant.
