Little League® International is pleased to announce the hiring of Ebony Ross as its new Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Human Resources Department, effective as of February 6, 2023.

Cottle, Little League Senior Executive of People and Culture. “Her recruiting experience and knowledge of different platforms and strategies will play a big role in driving our employer brand and we know she will be a great addition to our Human Resources team and the entire Little League organization.”
Ms. Ross joins the Little League team after most recently serving as the Senior Recruiter for All Med Search in Reston, Virginia, as well as an Event Coordinator for the NFL Flag League in Yorktown, Virginia. Prior to that experience, she also served as a Senior Recruiting Manager at Rise Above Staffing Solutions for five years and a Victim Witness Program Manager for the City of Hopewell from 2009-16 where she was named Employee of the Month in June 2010 and June 2012.

In her role as Talent Acquisition Specialist, Ms. Ross will work collaboratively within the Human Resources Department to complete full-cycle recruiting at Little League International, create and review job postings, connect with hiring managers, post open positions, and attend job fairs. An advocate for Little League’s diversity and inclusion efforts, Ms. Ross will also be responsible for serving as a brand ambassador and champion for the organization’s vision, mission, and core values.
A graduate of Delaware State University, Ms. Ross has also obtained a certification in Human Resources on LinkedIn.
