Little League® International is pleased to announce the addition of Delvina Morrow as its new Vice President of Philanthropy and Social Impact, effective June 17, 2024.
In this newly created role, Mrs. Morrow will be responsible for guiding the Philanthropy and Social Impact Department, established in January 2024 in coordination with Little League’s revamped Organizational Identity, which includes overseeing all aspects of development including: all fundraising efforts such as institutional giving, corporate foundation relations, private philanthropy, and stewardship. Additionally, she will lead Little League International’s efforts to develop and enhance programs and initiatives that address key strategic priorities around access, experience, and retention.

Keener, Little League President and CEO. “Delvina’s previous experience, combined with her leadership skills, will serve her well in this new role as she helps build the foundation for tomorrow’s Little Leaguers. We remain strongly committed to inspiring and shaping future generations, and Delvina and her team will play an important role in advancing that purpose for millions of children in thousands of communities around the world each year.”
Delvina joins the Little League team after most recently serving as the Vice President of Community Affairs and DEI for the Pittsburgh Penguins. Along with her experience with the Penguins, Mrs. Morrow has previously served as the Director of Major Programs and Initiatives for the Pittsburgh Technology Council; Director of Development for Providence Connections; a Program Director and Strategic Advisor, as well as a Director of Development and Community Engagement, for Pittsburgh Life Sciences Greenhouse; a Director of Events for Musicians on Call; and a Fundraising and Event Association for Event Associates, Inc.

As part of the new Philanthropy efforts, which not only allows Little League to keep the cost of membership affiliation to local communities low, but also allow to provide additional programming, supporters will have the opportunity to direct their donations to one of four specific programming initiatives:
- Access and Opportunity Fund
- Little League for All Equipment Fund
- Volunteer Excellence Fund
- General Little League Operations and Grant Making Fund
In addition to her professional experience, Mrs. Morrow has served on a variety of boards, including Big Brothers, Big Sisters PGH; Leadership Pittsburgh; City Theater Company, Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh; Pittsburgh Venture Capitalist Association; and Prototype PGH. She has also been the recipient of a number of awards including the 2023 Penn State Outreach Community Engagement Award, 2022 New Pittsburgh Courier Fab 40 Honor, and was the inaugural recipient of the 2017 Pittsburgh Business Times 30 Under 30 Award.
A 2009 graduate of Hobart and William Smith College in Geneva, New York, Mrs. Morrow received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Peer Education and in 2023 she completed the Harvard Business School Young American Leaders Program as well as the Carnegie Mellon University Executive Leadership Academy.
