Andie Kruczkowski joins Little League® Team as Social Media Manager

Little League® International is excited to announce Andie Kruczkowski as its Social Media Manager, effective April 7, 2025.  

Before joining Little League, Kruczkowski most recently worked as the Social Media Coordinator for the High Point Rockers, a minor-league baseball team in the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball, based in High Point, North Carolina. Kruczkowski has also gained experience in both social media and community relations while working for organizations like the Fayetteville Woodpeckers, the Single-A affiliate of the Houston Astros; the Harrisburg Senators, the Double-A affiliate of the Washington Nationals; Round Rock Express, the Triple-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers; and the Northwest Arkansas Naturals, the Double-A affiliate of the Kansas City Royals.  

“Andie’s experience working in the baseball industry, her team-oriented attitude, and creativity will make her a valuable asset to Little League,” said Dallas Miller, Director of Social and Digital Strategy. “We are excited to see how Andie will work with the team and grow Little League’s presence across all of our official platforms.”  

In her new role, Kruczkowski will handle the day-to-day management of Little League’s social media channels with the goal of enhancing the organization’s engagement, insights from analytics, and implementation of best practices. Kruczkowski will also work with the broader Little League team across the organization to share the stories of current players, volunteers, coaches, and umpires, and the organization’s network of alumni through optimized multimedia content.

Kruczkowski graduated with a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a concentration in public relations and sports media from the University of North Texas.
