J.D. Palatine (JDP) Batch and Manual Upload FAQs

The process works for a league that is still using the paper form of the Little League Official Volunteer Application. This process is not recommended because of the sensitivity of volunteer’s SSN. This should only be used if a potential volunteer cannot access a computer.

Leagues are welcome to use paper volunteer applications. New this year, there are two different volunteer applications Volunteer Application and Basic Volunteer Application.

To use JDP your league must collect a SSN from a volunteer so a Volunteer Application will be required, even if the volunteer is returning.

Little League International recommends using the JDP QuickApp to minimize the chance of SSN fraud or misuse of an SSN.
