Now is your chance to be a part of history as Little League® celebrates 50 years of girls in its program at the 50th Anniversary of the Little League Softball® World Series, Presented by DICK’S Sporting Goods, on August 4-11 at Elm Street Park in Greenville, North Carolina.
Thousands of Little Leaguers® have competed during this historic #SummerOfSoftball with the hopes of representing their community at one of the biggest stages in youth softball, but only 12 teams will have the opportunity to be named a Region Champion this August. If you want to be a part of this year’s historic event, here are some key pieces of information to make the most of your experience:
Free Attendance and Parking
One of the most exciting parts about attending the Little League Softball World Series is that there is no cost for admission or parking! In addition to the fun and excitement on the field, the affordable event provides the opportunities for families and communities to come together for once-in-a-lifetime memories, teachable life lessons, and most importantly fun for fans of all ages.
Schedule of Events and Family-Fun Activities
With Opening Ceremonies set to kick the festivities off at the Town Commons on Saturday, August 3, followed by 22 exciting Little League Softball World Series games, a return visit by the Athletes Unlimited Pro Softball players on August 6-7, a reunion of the first-ever LLSWS Championship team on August 11, and countless hours of fun and excitement available in the Little League World Series Fan Zone, there is plenty available for fans of all ages to enjoy.
In addition to the fun and excitement on the field, a wide selection of food and refreshments are also available at Elm Street Park and throughout the Greenville Community, as well as a variety of Little League Softball World Series souvenirs available at the Official Store in the Fan Zone, with both locations open each day one hour prior to the start of the first game and remaining open until the last game is completed. If you can’t make it out to Greenville, you can still get all your favorite Little League and Girls with Game merchandise online by visiting ShopLittleLeague.org.

Spectator Seating
While the limited stadium seating is reserved only to those families and community members involved with the participating teams, there is plenty of additional seating opportunities in the right-field bleachers and spectator decks near our World Series Fan Zone. Permitted and Prohibited Items
The safety and well-being of all our players, volunteers, and visitors is our utmost priority to ensure everyone has a great experience at the Little League Softball World Series. In order to do so, there are a number of items that are prohibited from bringing to Elm Street Park for the event. The foundation of Little League is rooted in sportsmanship, and the best way to ensure our players and children are displaying positive sportsmanship throughout the tournament is to be a role model yourself. All our coaches and umpires are volunteers, and the players on the field are all children, so we ask that while you enjoy the excitement and competition that is displayed on the field, you do so in a positive manner during your time at our events.

The Little League Softball World Series is a place of inclusion where families, fans, and tourists from all around the world gather together to have a fun and memorable experience, so we ask that you are respectful of the differencing cultures, opinions, and beliefs of those around you.
