Little League® International has announced Jason Kift as its new Skilled Facilities Technician at its headquarters in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, effective as of April 11, 2022.
“On behalf of the entire facilities team at Little League International, and our entire staff, we are honored to welcome Jason to our team here in Williamsport,” said John Swisher, Little League Director of Facilities. “Jason’s background, experience, and knowledge of the area adds to the strength of our team and we look forward to bringing his skills to life across our complex.”
Mr. Kift joins the Little League team after spending the past five years at Families United Network, Inc., in Muncy, Pennsylvania, where he oversaw buildings and grounds maintenance on the 33-acre campus.
“As someone who has lived in the greater Williamsport area and experienced the magic of the Little League program, I am honored to be able to join this great team,” said Mr. Kift. “I am excited to utilize my skills in building maintenance and groundskeeping with a team that ensures a world-class experience for the players, families, and fans who visit the Little League International Complex.”
In this role, Mr. Kift will work alongside the Little League International Facilities team where he will be responsible for performing general maintenance, mechanical and small engine repairs, construction projects, and repairs to facilities and grounds throughout the Little League International Complex. Additionally, he will be responsible for conducting pool maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical equipment problems, and performing and scheduling preventative equipment maintenance procedures.
In addition to his experience at Families United Network, Inc., Mr. Kift spent five years working as a carpenter for Zartman Construction.
