In a year with new countries coming to the 2013 Little League Baseball® World Series, the team from Latin America will feature some familiar faces. In Guayaquil, Ecuador, Aguadulce Cabezera Little League from Aguadulce, Panama, repeated as Latin America Region Champions, defeating San Francisco Little League from Maracaibo, Venezuela on Saturday, July 27. The league will return to South Williamsport, Pa., for the second straight year.
