Samaritana Little League from San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico will represent the Caribbean Region at the 2013 Little League Baseball® World Series in South Williamsport, Pa. The team from Puerto Rico defeated Pariba Little League from Willemsted, Curacao on Saturday, July 19, 6-4, at the Caribbean Region Tournament in Bonaire. This is the ninth time a team from Puerto Rico has advanced to South Williamsport in the 67-year history of the Little League Baseball World Series, and the first trip for Samaritana Little League.
