International Congress Concludes in Houston, Texas
WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (April 23, 2007) – The 24th Little League
International Congress convened in Houston, Texas, April 13-16, and for
four days more than 460 delegates from 50 states and more than 70
countries debated and decided the direction of the Little League
Baseball and Softball program for the next three years.

Houston Selected as Site of Little League’s 24th International

Illinois District 17 Grows by Three
Leagues for 2005 Season
WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (March 7, 2005) – Southeastern Illinois will be flush
with Little League this spring with the addition of three newly-chartered
Little Leagues for the 2005 season. Illinois District 17 will expand from
14 to 17 leagues with the addition of Jerseyville Little League, Calhoun
Little League located in the town of Hardin, and Southwestern Little League,
in Brighton.

First Challenger Little
League Baseball World Jamboree to be Held in Norfolk, Va.
NORFOLK, Va., (Dec. 16, 2004) – In the first event of its kind, the
inaugural Challenger Little League Baseball World Jamboree will be
played May 4-7, 2006 at the Azalea Little League Complex in Norfolk,
Va., and will be hosted by Virginia District 8. The announcement was

has entered into a licensing agreement with the Colorado Baking Company,
and Original Gourmet Cookie Company, authorizing the use of the Little
